HOW IT WORKS

Preserving your memories doesn’t have to be complicated. At Your Video Angel, we make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

1. Get in Touch
Contact us to tell us a little about what you have. Not sure whether it’s VHS, Video8, MiniDV, Super 8 or something else? That’s okay — we’re happy to help you identify it and discuss your options.

2. Leave Your Memories With Us
Items can be dropped off in Mackay, or customers from elsewhere in Australia can send their media to us by post. Every order is carefully catalogued and handled with care throughout the process.

3. We Preserve & Digitise
Your tapes, films, photographs, slides or audio recordings are carefully prepared and converted to modern digital formats. Where required, we can also assist with cleaning, repairs and restoration.

4. Enjoy Your Memories Again
Your completed digital files can be supplied on USB or other suitable storage, ready for you to watch, enjoy, copy and share with family. Your original items are returned to you along with your newly preserved memories.
